The weapon Rapier Icy Rapirer eb 3 cold dmg 1d4 if my Anointed Knight use the Icy Rapier eb 3 cold dmg 1d4 i can Anoint Weapon the frost WFX get add but if i use a wand of Frost weapon the frost WFX will not get add on Icy Rapier eb 3 but if i use a normel Rapier none EB the frost WFX will get add on so it most be a bug some how ?
