Dear Sir,

I would be happy to assist you in milling wheat into flour, but I'm afraid your quantity expectations will be hard to meet. 100 pounds of flour is 334 bags of flour, each bag being 1/3 of a pound. It takes 5 bundles of wheat to make one bag of flour, so we would have to have 1,674 bundles of grain to produce 100 pounds of flour. The average person, working all day, can harvest 12 bundles of wheat, so it would take approximately 140 manpower days to harvest enough.

If you would like me to help you mill what flour you do have, I will be happy to help. Compensation depends upon how much of my time you require. I can be reached at the Risen Pheonix Inn in Beregost.
