I think would be a cool idea and beneficial for new players to have some type of public storage system that anyone can deposit/retrieve from. It seems relatively harmless if it’s easily doable.

Theres sorta one on the Surface at FAI the Donation box but its more of a Loot container then like a bank storage. I always dump low level equipment there if I happen to be in the area

Does the donation box persist items through server reset? Even if it doesn't, we'd like one of those at Mist Lake!
