Various learning from scroll problems

Player-made scrolls of Analyze Portal and Chaos don't cast spells. They have no use property.
Learning from scrolls Deflection and Lesser Deflection doesn't work. You target the scroll with your study feat, cast the spell, and the spell gets cast but isn't added to the spellbook. The character I tried it with has a Spellcraft of 30, btw, so that's not the problem.
Edited to add screenshots in spoiler of Analyze Portal and Chaos. Notice the lack of a property that allows you to use them to cast the spells.

There is bunch more like this. A safe assumption would be to act as if all non-vanilla spells are not properly scribeable. That being said, you can definitely buy some of them from a vendor or find them during your adventures.

The vast majority are now.
Please list ones that aren't so that they can be fixed.

Fixes have been committed to all of these for next patch, as well as for Teleportation Circle.

Yes, all of the portal spells were included in the fixes. It's committed for next patch.
Such fixes will only correct new versions of the scrolls, not pre-patch ones.
