Ice Chests and Herb Racks

Simply put, storage for crafters placed near crafting stations so we don't have to bring our horses everywhere (particularly unhygienic in the case of cooking).

Ice Chest: Placable item put near cooking stations. Click on it to open up a standard storage window. It would function exactly like a storage NPC except that it's not an NPC, it's a placeable.

Herb Rack: As above, but put near herbalism stations.

I think a placeable would be better, rp-wise, than an npc in this case but if it's difficult to do then I'd suggest adding storage to whatever NPC is nearest the station.

I will bring the suggestion to dicussion, it seems interesting.

Additionally, this solution and herb bags or specialty bags are not mutually exclusive. So in any case, no matter the answer on this suggestion, we should still continue to develop herb bags.
