Mark Rune not showing up on Still Spell list

My sorc has Mark Rune and Still Spell feat, but cannot cast Mark Rune as a still spell.
Edited to add screenshots of Sorc quick spell not having Mark Rune in still spells, and Wizard not being able to memorize Mark Rune as a Still Spell, despite Mark Rune definitely having a somatic component.
