New Places for Herbs

Unread post by Green Monster »

1: There's an NPC in Kraak Helzak named "Gror 'Mushroom Farmer' Ironfaar" that currently has no interaction. I think it would be appropriate for him to sell Underdark mushrooms such as Crystal Rose and BlackRoot.

2: The new area between Soubar and Boreskyr Bridge is a nice swampy area that could have belladonna like in the High Moor, but with significantly less risk. Also the description of Drunn's Blader [sic: should be Bladder] says it grows in swamps so this would be a good place for that, too.

3: The description of Umuzokai Flower says it grows on the cliffside near the sea, so Candlekeep and the cliffs near the Haunted Mansion in Cloakwood would be good places for it.

Hello there,

Umozokai flowers are from Kara Tur. The description should state it and I have corrected it two times. But sometimes the toolset eats my addition so I will check again.

A general rule that has been decided by the team is that shop herbs should not be collectible. Likewise, collectible herbs should not be sold by generic vendors (but players can)
This is why shop herbs are always imported.

Also I have made it so that each herb shop has a general theme tied to the place, its purpose...

I hope these elements help for future reflections,

Cheers

Still seems a shame to have the beautifully made, lush, verdant swamp area and nothing of interest in it. Not even some harvestable swamp/wetland dwelling plants.
