Expeditious Retreat and Longstrider duration

The server is vast, and keeps getting bigger. In films when there's just a lot of walking they skip over the uneventful stuff (imagine how long Lord of the Rings would be if every single step between the Shire and Morder was on screen!) but here there's no such skipping over without teleport, which the dev team actively discourages, and more "padding" areas between other areas are being added.

If you don't like teleport but also don't like people spending their whole allotted free time to play just getting to places, then I'd suggest buffing Expeditious Retreat and Longstrider. Both spells are pretty useless until much higher levels and if your only option for them is a wand or a store-bought potion, they only last 30 seconds (default CL 5 on wands for these, as far as I can tell). I know they have the exact same duration as Haste but really, haste is only 2 levels higher and these do less work than just 2 levels lower. Haste is movement, ac, and extra attack for an entire group. These are movement only for 1 person.

My suggestion: Make the duration of Expeditious Retreat and Longstrider, instead of 6 seconds/ level, 12 seconds per level but max at 20 levels. Then we can get places, and have chance encounters with other pcs on the road, without it taking all day. The cap would make a lvl 30 caster have a duration of 240 seconds (4 minutes) which is one minute longer than now and 1 minute longer than Haste. The average wand or store-bought potion would have a duration of 1 minute. Way better for everyone.
