Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

Hey guys. Sorry I feel kinda like a noob again coming back and putting a bunch of posts lol.

Anyway. I logged into an old character of mine. Warlock. I decided I wanted to do some leveling now that I've figured out how the maps have changed a bit.

So I transform into a form, and I die. And when I respawn my carry weight is only a fraction of what it was. I'm a warlock. So I wasn't casting any spells to give me crazy strength or anything. I haven't unequipped anything, or changed anything. It's just like only 80 pounds I can carry now. LOL. That's about just my gear.

I believe it's new post-death penalty, IIRC self-resurrection now give you a temp. debuff instead of taking part of your exp. Decreased STR probably part of it

That's what I was thinking at first, but then I waited for the debuff to run out and rested, still there. I'm not sure if I'm maybe just not waiting long enough.

Yeah probably it's that new annoying death feature...



Warlocks got a massive overhaul a few years ago.

Guess it would be best to RCR the old one anyway, as some of the older invocations got removed and other things have changed also.

Yeah I'm pretty sure that's what it was. I think I need an RCR and also... It seems my gear is weird. Like I don't have certain things. Like gloves, boots. It's so random.
