Jump script addition: Pole Vault

I don't know if something like this is already in the script for the Jump feat. If it is, it's not mentioned in the defeat description in-game. If it's not, how about bonuses to jump for using a staff to vault across the distance? Like so:

When you use the "Jump" feat, you get a bonus if you have a staff equipped as a two-handed weapon and nothing equipped in your off-hand slot. The nature of the bonus depends upon the size of the character and the size of the staff.

If you are a Medium-sized character: You get a +4 bonus to your Jump roll if you are wielding a quarterstaff as a two-handed weapon, a +3 bonus if you are wielding a full-size spear or halberd (you can use it as a pole vault but not as effectively because you have to be careful of the business end), a +3 bonus if you are wielding a short staff, and a +2 bonus if you are wielding a short spear.

If you are a halfling or gnome, you get a +4 bonus to your Jump roll if you have a short "magic" staff (the medium sized one) equipped and a +3 bonus if you have a shortspear equipped. If you have the monkey grip feat that allows you to equip large quarterstaves and spears you will get a bonus for having a quarterstaff or large spear/halberd equipped, but still only +4 and +3, respectively. The advantage gained by the longer reach of the pole is countered by the cumbersomeness of that size. Your plant angle will be very low due to the added length compared to your shoulder height; i.e. the acute angle caused by the great length combined with a low shoulder height would require more effort to get airborne. That would cancel out the advantage gained by the greater reach once airborne.

In all cases, your off-hand equipment slot must be empty. No off-hand weapon, no shield, no torch/lantern. You need both hands to pole vault.
