Shield Bash + Ranger TWF + Medium Armor

So I don't know if this is a bug or a feature, but I just noticed that if you have ranger TWF and are wearing medium armor (which of course disables ranger TWF) you still get the attack bonus benefit that TWF provides when shield bashing.
So... yeah. It might be argued that since wearing medium or heavy armor disables Ranger TWF then you should not get the benefits TWF provides to shield bash when you only have ranger TWF and are wearing medium or heavy armor. It might ALSO be argued that you SHOULD because shield bashing doesn't require as much freedom of movement as TWF (hence Agile Shield Fighter only requiring a dex of 13, instead of TWF's 15).
So I dunno. Your call, obviously. Call it a bug and change it? Call it a feature and leave it alone?
