I wondering if skills of cons have any effect on Epic spell when their have on spell from spellbook youre more skills point you more chance you cant get shakeing from a hit or a critcal hit?

Epic spells work exactly like normal spells. Your Concentration affects your ability to be interrupted, just like any other spell.
