Multiclass rule 3b20 or 3b30?

Hello everyone .
I'm returning player and it's really been a treat to see all the new content, changes and mechanics to this great world.

In *coming soon* is a new change to the 3b20 rule that is going to be 3b30 . Is this now in effect or it is still in consideration ?

Went live ages ago.
