Drow Slave Master not selling

The npc named "Drow Slave Master" does not currently sell slaves, she asks if you want to send a message to someone.
ETA: The one in S'shamath market, I should clarify. The one in Darkwoods is working properly. If the one in S'shamath market is not meant to have anything to do with slaves, perhaps it shouldn't be named "drow slave master".
