The staff of passage cost 287k to recharge that is what it cost to buy a new one can that be right?

Hello, Lockonnow. We have done some testing with the staff, and it's working as intended. It's quite an expensive recharge because of all that the staff may offer.

All recharging services always cost as much or more than buying a new one. This is normal. This is also the case with wands: it's cheaper to get someone to make a new wand for you than it is to recharge one.

To give people choice, or if someone have custom named item can recharge it and not buy new one. Or to recharge item what cannot be crafted, with charges..like rings etc.

yes you can recharge rings as well if you find themn.
