Paladin Warhorse Adjustments

I was looking at the paladin's warhorse companion today. In game, a level 30 paladin's horse has the following:
HP: 180
BAB: 11
STR: 25
AC: 40
Bonus Feats: None
Going by PnP, it should be as follows:
HP: 176
BAB: 12
STR: 24
AC: 38
Bonus Feats: 6
Would it be possible to update the horse so that it mirrors the PnP progression and includes the 6 outstanding feats it should have from HD progression? Even if all 6 feats were Improved Natural Armor, it'd go a long way to helping the horse not get turned into glue, though it'd be great if the horse could Trip or somesuch given its strength score.
