Getting kicked at login

Hey guys,
I dont know if this is the right place to post but please feel free to move it right place.
Got a problem since a 30 mins as server 2 crashed and my game too.
When reconnecting it kept kicking me when logging in.
This happened for another character on server 1 too.
Please might you have a look on that?
