I am not connected to a server that has crashed

Server 2 crashed while I was playing on it. Now I cannot log into server 1 because server 1 thinks I'm still logged into server 2. I think it'd be helpful if the script that's supposed to keep us from being logged in to both servers at once would just check if the other server is online before booting us.

You caused a giant lag spike when you tried to log into server 1 last night when I was on testing media content. We thought the server crashed and then saw you log off and all was fine again. Not sure if that was due to that script or not.

You sure I caused the lag spike? Cause that was a little after 2am Eastern US time and I ALWAYS get a lag spike at that time. I think it's something to do with the servers backing themselves up.

Anyway, everyone who was on server 2 when it crashed couldn't play at all until it came back and it didn't come back for over 30 minutes.

This same thing just happened to us at around 11:30PM-PST (Pacific). A few of us got kicked out and cannot reconnect. If we try to connect to the other game world it kicks you out right away saying you already have a character connected
