New [time] tag

Due to this topic I thought it might be handy to have a time tag, next to the already existing date tags. Their use:

[date=GMT+1]03/19/2024 14:55[/date]
From [time=GMT+1]14:00[/time] until [time=GMT+1]14:55[/time]

Which results in:

03/19/2024 14:55
From 14:00 until 14:55

In short, you input times in your own timezone (which, if your browser allows, it will automatically fill in), and it will show those times in the local timezone of the viewer. Saves you a load of calculating, I thought
