Make perfected holy water stronger

Greetings, folks. I've noticed that perfected holy water is barely stronger than improved holy water, dealing only 2d10 damage. At the same time, perfected alchemist fire and perfected acid flask deal 16d6 direct damage, and 14d4 area damage. I suggest empowering perfected holy water to the same level.

I bump this after having dealt only 3 damage to a 5 hp level 1 zombie yesterday with my perfected holy water.
