Framerate Limiters

I've been asked this a few more times and thought to point to a post instead.

nVidia : Open NV Control Panel
3D Settings \ Manage 3D Settings \ Program Settings
Add -> Browse -> Navigate to your NWN2 installation directory and select nwn2main.exe

Max Frame Rate : Set to a value appropriate for you, recommending between 32 and 60. No benefit is offered beyond 60.
Background Application Max Frame Rate : Set to the lowest value (20 at the time of this writing, never dip beneath 8 FPS).
