Building Character in JEGS bluff skill points dissapear on logging back in

I was building a character who gains the bluff skill only via the background feat, I think courtesan or something, and when JEGS went down I logged back in afterwards. When I do that I can no longer place skill points in BLUFF. The next level all BLUFF skill points had dissapeared.
