Armor optimization and greater optimization

I think these feats are not displaying the +2 to armor in heavy armor and +1 armor and increase max dex by 1 in light and medium armor. Is it possible to double check it and see if it working properly.

Unequip then re equip should be fine, I get that on my alt

Would the ac be under dodge tab? When you look at the icon on armor. I tried reequiping armor but I didn't notice a difference. I'll double check later and take a screenshot to show you.

Isn’t it shown on the actual armor when you Examine it?

Not to my knowledge but when I get off work at 4. I'm going to buy a normal of full plate and see if it display a 21 ac to test it out.

I guess you need to out it in your hotbar and click on the armor to activate the feat.
