After a character has received the Bless Weapon buff, subsequent weapon buffs do not confer their bonuses. Buffs can be cast before Bless Weapon and work properly.
For example, if you cast Bless Weapon, then Lawful Sword, then Holy Sword, your character will only receive the benefit of Bless Weapon.
If you cast Lawful Sword, then Holy Sword, then Bless Weapon, your character will receive the benefits of all three spells according to their respective durations. As Holy Sword is only round per level, this isn't an ideal workaround.
