As per title, after last update PWoT spell have broken targeting. You can't target yourself with it and when casted on someone else - it doesn't apply.
DIdn't checked yet if it also fails to use on empty bottle in order to make potion, will update on it once got some empty bottles first

Update: can't target potion bottle so no potion crafting. Also potion itself doesn't work either

Sorry due to the rollback on forums my post was removed. The spell was brought up by others previously and it was corrected . The fixed version will be live soon as the next server patch comes which is normally around Tuesdays. Thank You for your paitence.
