Coure/Archon Tongues Feat Bugged

Version

Severity
Medium. The bug has a mechanical effect, but is not game-breaking, nor does it affect combat balance.

The issue
Coures and Archon Lanterns (provided by the Improved Familiar feat) receive a permanent Tongues effect (as a custom Feat), which is described as granting them the ability to understand and speak any language. While I couldn't verify the former, the latter appears to not be working. When possessing a familiar, it should be possible to use the >tongues <languagename> command and switch to any spoken language, but trying to do so will just send a warning to the player about not being currently under the effects of a Tongues spell.

Steps to Reproduce
1) Go to JEGS
2) Create a NG pc wizard or sorcerer.
3) Select the Improved Familiar Feat.
4) Use the Bind Familiar Feat to select Coure (or Archon).
5) Summon the Familiar and switch to it.
6) Check the Familiar's feat list, see that Tongues features amongst them, as an automatic, always-on feat.
7) Open the language selector, select Common.
8) Go to the regular chat (but leave the language box open), press Enter and write:
>tongues Loross
in the dialogue box (or replace Loross with any language not already known by your pc).
8) Notice that the language selector does not switch to Loross, but instead you are given an error message about your familiar not being currently under the effect of Tongues.

What should happen
Coure and Archon familiars should be permanently under the effect of a Tongues spell (such as the Monk's Tongue of the Sun and Moon feat). When possessing them, the player should be able to both understand any language, and speak any language through the >tongues chat command.
