Dwarf Crossbow master build that includes HIPS

Hello everyone,


Im looking to build a character that's proficient with crossbows and can maximise damage but also include hide in plain sight.

What are the best recommendations about classes and levels spread for this ?

So far I've got it as Fighter/WoD/Elem Archer/SD.
Do WoD oils apply to ranged weapons ?

Any advice is appreciated.
