I cannot remember nor search-find the answer to this, but I’m pretty darn sure it was discussed in the past.

Are seller names listed at Mudd’s known IC? Is it that Mudd provides these names as a way to be “neutral” and thus not responsible for the type and nature and consequence (!) of that which he consigns for sale?

The Mudds brothers do not share the names of the sellers ic. This is just a ooc information.

How much responsibility then does Mudd—or one of his brothers (?)—have to what they are consigning? I mean, some pretty Evil things in terms of Items pass through their hands. And some of those sales are on Duchal Land, that may directly or indirectly break Duchal Law.

It's a bit of a black market, probably shouldn't have their presence on Duchal land, I definitely agree.
