Feyseeker not progressing Eldritch Blast

Leveling a Feyseeker Warlock and when I got to level 23, trying to take Eldritch Mastery, it wasn't available. Character shows it only has progressed to 6d6 eldritch blast. Current character levels are 13 Warlock/ 9 Feyseeker/ 1 Shadow Dancer. I have the Warlock Spellcasting Progression feat from Feyseeker and practiced invoker as well as fey power. I am also taking a warlock level at 23.
It works on the Jegs server however, showing at the same level the character has 11d6 eldritch blast.
