Spirit Trolls lost in the Spirit Realm
Spirit trolls and other mobs get stuck here. You can't get to them and they can't get to you. Nearly died myself because I got stuck here with one of the elementals and was taking constant electrical damage. I managed to escape by holding W to walk out of it. Ground AOEs also will not hit them while they are stuck in this zone.
