Fiery burst feat damaging allies (intended or not?)

According to the feat description of "fiery burst" reserve feat, ingame it exclusively states that its supposed to not damage allies, but it does.
Mentioned it before in the discord and figured I'd write a post here as well.
Wether the feat description ingame is outdated or otherwise, it seems like a implementation like that was planned but never actualized.

Would be nice to have someone look into it, review it and get some info on its intended behavior.
