Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

The northeast entrance into the caves in Central Woods of Sharp Teeth cannot be accessed from the outside. It appears that the pathing to the transition is blocked.

I think that the cave entrance Mr Trout is talking about is intended to be the “exit” to the dungeon. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to be closed or not but oftentimes those exit transitions are one way. This one looks like it should be a transition but you can’t go through it.

If you go in the other entrance in the center of the Central Cloakwood map (which is a little confusing as you have to “squeeze through” a part of the map) you have to go through a spider dungeon and then a mixed/lizardfolk dungeon to get to the exit in the NE corner of the map.

The spider dungeon is pretty annoying without freedom of movement, if you didn’t have to do it I think most(including me) would skip it and just go in the “backdoor” in the NE corner.

In the Sunken Cave map (after the spider map) which has the big constrictor boss, the water elemental ambush, and the lizardfolk there does seem to be a broken transition.

Right in the middle of the map there is a little loot room that I can’t figure out how to get to. Nearby this there is a transition from the “cave” zone after a down ramp that doesn’t work. I can screenshot if this would help.

The cave is labelled as "Dark Cave" in Sharpteeth central NE corner... the walkmesh in front of it is definitely broken, the dungeon is a normal map, and last time I checked(about a month or two ago) I could enter this cave no problem.
