Shifter cannot use the forms abilities, but can when -not- shape changed.

Not certain what is going on here. But when I shift shape, I cannot use any of the shapes abilities ( at least from the hotbar.) But when I am in human/normal form I can use all the shapes abilities, all at once. I can shoot spikes and glorp brains
I am sure this is intended to be the other way around. This is on: 6 warlock/4 fighter/20 shifter

I tested this on my shifter . All was working as intended .
So it may be a weird local issue for your character , or that particular build .
Does it persist after relog/server reset ?

I will test it after New Years stuff tomorrow or the next day and get back to you. I found it super weird as well. It was pretty funny being able to ranged attack with needles as a human

I was slow at work so just logged in and was able to reproduce this bug easily.
The character seems borked.
I can add all the abilities of all my shapes to my hotbar and cast them like spells while in human form, the log says "ERROR: NOT POLYMOPRHED" But lets me cast it anyway, it even effects enemies no problem. I also appear to have feats like "Breathless" and "Scent" while in human form when I probably shouldnt.
While polymorphed, all these abilities are greyed out and cannot be used, and only allow me to use them in human form, so the opposite of how its probably supposed to work. I also cant use any of my feats or grapple or anything while in creature form either. For the record I am using the Shifter shapechange feat from the hotbar to change as well, im not sure if this is relevant.
EDIT: Ok not ALL abilities work. It seems stuff like the Gorgon breath dont work while in human form, where irresistible dance, firebrand, manticor spikes all work in human form.
For the record when I am in the actual form these abilities are supposed to work with, NONE of the abilities function, they are all removed from use and dont work at all. Perhaps this is keyed to the fact that I took warlock levels with no Druid or any other caster? Im not sure. Maybe just my character itself is bugged somehow?
