Divine Seeker changes - Sacred Defense

I don't think this is working as per what the latest announcement states, but if someone can correct me on this I'd be appreciative.

Originally the class capped the bonus at +2 obtained from 4 levels in the class.

This is being changed so it's based on the character's charisma modifier and capping off at 5 (per the 5 levels of the class).

(As per announcement: Sacred Defense based on charisma with a max of the class level minus Paladin/Blackguard)

I used my 100% RCR to remake my level 18 character, Camden Daystar and give him 14 charisma - he originally only had 10 charisma, so having been made aware of the new update I realised I wasn't going to receive any boost at all. He currently has 4 levels of divine seeker in his build.

With 14 charisma my character gets the +2 to his saves, but the sacred defense feat description reads the same - so I'm not sure if that hasn't been / can't be changed and is hard-coded (Is he getting the boost from his new charisma or the old feat is essentially what I'm wondering).

Additionally - I tested a potion of eagle's splendour to pump his charisma up to 18, expecting the saves to increase based on the modifier now being +4 but they stayed the same.

Is this working properly or how I'm expecting it to work?

after QC testing it indeed doesn't seem to be working as intended, we'll get a fix for that
