Bard: Inspire Regeneration and Song of Requiem

For whatever reason, Requiem's ticks turn off the Inspire Regeneration. I guess that's because Requiem should heal when upgraded to the Hymn.
I tried to find information if this is by design, but came out lacking, so I deem it a bug.
