Warlock Blasts Do Not Damage Players In Downed State

I was doing pirates, the warlocks at the end trounced me, and they did not finish me off while I was laying on the ground. All their blasts did not register any damage, despite nearly always landing, so I was stuck in a downed state.

Did your hp go down into negative as you were hit while downed?
Curious bug. And not a lot of warlock monster encounters, besides that one, to test on.

I've had this issue with the Minitour boss in the mines before too.

Other than the failed stabilization rolls, no.
