New templates for Shaman / Favored Soul

There’s lots and lots of premade templates for each caster: Wizard, Sorc, Bard, Cleric, Druid. Some of them are on vendors some are “loot only”. Some are really strong and sought after while some are just kind of random like the Wizard one with a bunch of level 1 slots.
Except for Shaman and Favored Soul, who have an extremely limited amount of premade stuff on vendors or loot only and have to rely on the RIG table.
The other items will often have multiple slots for those classes, 1+2+3 or even the Laurel Crown for bards which has an absolute ton.
But the RIG table generally only has one slot.
Since spontaneous casters can’t arbitrage spell slot items by unequipping them after casting like prepared casters can, it’s actually less unbalanced than what Wizards and Clerics can do casting their buffs off of spell slot items and then swapping them out to other gear.
