Tiefling Tail

Hello,
I have tried all the ways it used to work (Tiefling Tail) and they do not work anymore. I searched on the forum and no luck or I suck at searching.
Can someone let me know how you get your Tiefling tail? I have an old character that has one and I cannot remember the right way to duplicate.
