Pickpocket DC should be visible?

Is there a reason why the PP DC is not visible? My guess is people dont want to have their skills numbers known, but if that is the case can at least be enabled for PvE

With the variability coming in the PvE rework implementation of this is probably moot and is gleaned presently from the ranking changes with some patience presently.
