Battle caster feat

Was the battle caster feat removed? It doesn't come up as an option for me although i meet the only prerequisite(bard or warlock) Also i read that certain animal skins are illegal; someone cave me some snow leopard skins awhile back, should I get rid of them or turn them in?

You need to take the battle caster feat on a level of bard/warlock, it does not show up during level up (e.g. when taking a fighter level) otherwise.

What is illegal are creature skins (a type of equipment without a visual equipment slot that does not drop), which provide advantages and immunities.

Wolf pelts, bear pelts, tiger pelts etc, that drop in the game world, are fine. If you want to double check, check if these items are of the type and do have any bonuses on them.
