Reduce Self-Concealment Tumble Requirement

Currently, Self-concealment has a prerequisite of 30 tumble, making 27 the earliest the first feat can be taken, and getting all 5 of the feats is neigh impossible without some very particular building (as in I've only seen 1 build that was not played ever do it).

Given that even absent the prerequisites, you need 5 feats to eumlate one commonly wanded spell in efficacy (granted, the feats are permanent and connot be dispelled), the raw opportunity cost will prevent it from becoming an overpowered option, and thus opening it up would give he feat chain at least some niche.

I suggest reducing the Tumble requirement to 25, and thus characters can start taking the chain at lvl 22, and makes taking all 5 feats plausible.

Providing context for the requirements:

Source: Epic Level Handbook (https://www.d20srd.org/srd/epic/feats.h ... oncealment)
Self-Concealment [Epic]
Prerequisites

Dex 30, Hide 30 ranks, Tumble 30 ranks, improved evasion.
Benefit

Attacks against you have a 10% miss chance, similar to the effect of concealment. You lose this benefit whenever you would lose your Dexterity bonus to AC.
Special

You can gain this feat multiple times. Each time it is taken, the miss chance increases by 10% to a maximum of 50% after it has been taken five times.

NWN2 implementation does not appear to remove with Dex-bonus, and Wiki lists that BGTSCC dropped the Improved Evasion requirement and lowered Dex from 27 to 25 in 2021.
