Baldur's Gate : The Sword Coast Chronicles : NWN2 Persistent World

As per a previous post in the Bugs section viewtopic.php?t=82941 it seems that Cavestalker isn't progressing the CL of my build, even though the build/sheet has the Feat right there. Maybe it's a unique-to-this-PC issue, maybe it's a general issue for Cavestalker?? The below build is Druid 20 / Rogue 4 / Cavestalker 6 with Practiced Spellcaster (hence the 24 CL showing...should be CL 30!!).

If there is anyone else with a Cavestalker build caster that could check their spellcasting progression, especially if a Druid base caster, please test and post if your PC is getting progression or not—it would help determine if I have a borked PC or it’s a general code thing.

I have a ranger23/cavestalker3/harper scout4. It's not giving me any CL feedback in the combat log, but I don't see anything immediately wrong with the CL.

But I am noticing that the Underdark Affinity isn't really applying in underground areas. I suppose this has been pointed out several times over the years, though.

So I loaded up my BG JEGs test version of this build (Druid/Cavestalker/Rogue), and the CL is properly listed as 30. The only difference being the Race in the build (though would that really have something to do with it?).

I did not!

Tested again with that on. It says 30 CL.

I did not!

Tested again with that on. It says 30 CL.

Thanks. I also received a private message from another Ranger/Cavestalker build and they also see full spellcasting progression.

So Ranger base is working. Now I just need a Druid/Cavestalker and Spirit Shaman / Cavestalker, and I’ll know if it’s just me!

It’s probably just me!!
