Cannot get level in the new class Dervish

I have a 5 lv. fighter who meet all the requirements.
When I select the class Dervish and leveling up I got the Message:
[Server] Character level disallowed by server restrictions
Char: Roane al-Dhafir
Any ideas how to resolve this?

do you have points in Perform skill?

Yes, I can select the class NWN-wise, after pressing next I'll get the SERVER message.

maybe on the server you cant take a PRC at level6 only higher?

No, just NWN2 and MotB is running on my box.

We don't explicitly require it to log in, it just means some content is unavailable.
Obviously we'd prefer everyone have SOZ installed, but not everyone can get access to it, either due to financial reasons or regional availability. Unfortunately there's nothing to be done for the Kaedrin classes - he built them up on SOZ and it was one of the main reasons the server integrated it in the first place.
Sorry, I just don't know of a workaround.
