Sorry to bother, but we're working on our background for Cyrrha and Lyrrha, and wanted to double check a few things regarding time on the server before we got too deep into it.
First off, is the second post here.....http://bgtscc.fomwaa.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=75
...accurate still? Or would it be 1346 currently?
Secondly, aside from the changes listed in the previous linked timelines, are there any other major changes to the "canon"? To narrow down, we're specifically interested in the Dales, Westgate, and Athkatla.
If it helps we're using the timelines found here....http://forgottenrealms.wikia.com/wiki/Main_Page
....to flesh out a story.
Again, sorry for the bother, and we hope someone can give us an answer.

Re: Timeline Questions.
Hello!
The current year is 1346 D.R., the Year of the Bloodbird.
The Friendly Arm Inn is currently being established, after a six-month long campaign (in real time) led by DMs Headhunter and Sojourner, which is how we have established the server's current year (the Inn is founded in 1346, in the Lore).
As for your second concern, I do not believe there have been any major adjustments to the Lore outside the server's immediate areas: Though you may want to look up the "Time of No Lords" for the Dalelands (Shadowdale in particular), and the "Coast Plague" for Athkatla, for some recent happenings in each region, supported by the canon Lore.
An excellent website for chronology work, if you do not own A Grand History of the Realms, is: http://www.o-love.net/realms/fr_time_notable.html

Re: Timeline Questions.
Thank you for the answers and the link. Looks a lot more fleshed out than the one we were using.
As a corollary question, is there a specific DM I can PM lore related questions I'd rather keep secret? If not, that's also fine, don't want to eat up someone's time on likely idle fact finding.

Re: Timeline Questions.
I offer(ed) that service in the Lore Assistance thread, and I will maintain that offer for any and all players who need it.
The other option is to PM all of the DMs by addressing the PM to the DM group, wherein hopefully one of our number knows the answer.
The second option is especially useful for Server Lore questions, as many of the DMs on staff have been here since near the beginning.
