Druid casting in shape question

[blixen71]

Only druid are allowed to cast spells while polymorphed via the natural spell feat.
My question is: The druid can also cast with the lvl 9 spell shapechange. Are they allowed to cast spells in these shapes?

[Arath.inc]

"Natural spell does not allow casting while in any other forms other than the Druid's Wild Shape. For example, it does not permit a Druid to cast while in Shapechange forms. " (shapechange the spell)
