Still Spell question

Unread post by Kronk991 »

If someone is under the effects of Bigbys hand can they still cast a still spell? What about paralasis? Petrification?

Thanks!

i have another question about still spell

since still spell is suppose to completely negate ASF how come you cant still spell while in tenser's transformation? :?

just tried it today and it doesnt work, but works fine with stone/iron body that have 50% ASF
everyone is evil till proven otherwise

I thought we changed tensors so you have 100% spell failure?
So your just screwed.

I don't know if it works or not in the OC campaign with normal tensors though?

Tensor's blocks spellcasting, it doesn't use ASF so Still Still does nothing for it.

Stone/Iron Body correctly inflict ASF.

Tenser's Transformation
http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/transformation.htm
You lose your spellcasting ability, including your ability to use spell trigger or spell completion magic items, just as if the spells were no longer on your class list.

Iron Body

http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/ironbody.htm
You have an arcane spell failure chance of 50% and a -8 armor check penalty, just as if you were clad in full plate armor.
Working as intended.
