By decree of the law those with the authority may only place a bounty upon the head of another individual. As you Bobby T. Longshanks are not a noble of the land or a person of infulence you are hereby ordered to remove your bounty and are fined 2000 gold coins for the criminal act of impersonating an individual of authority and seeking to cause civil unrest. If you have not removed your bounty or paid your fine within twenty four hours you will force me to take greater steps against you.

Bobby throws a little hissy fit at the sight of the notice delivered to him but takes it upon himself to remove the bounty noticed to head over to the HQ to see Captain Rochshanks.

"Oi, I ain' impersonatin' nobody.. didn' say I was a noble or a person o' influence... I wanted someone ter pay fer wha' 'e done. Yer banner ain' sayin' nuthin' bou' only bein' nobles an' wha'no' can be tha only ones ter place bounty." The one eyed-halfling said as he scratched the side of his face and chewed on his lit cigar. "I'll pay fer tha civil unrest thingy bu' I ain' payin' jack fer a law tha' ain' existin'"

Bobby digs into his coin purse.
