In Name and Blood. (Sorn Sinssoroth Biography)

Sorns personality traits :Schizophrenic, Psychotic ( Which his closest allies cha and fey do not fully realize yet…), Greedy, and not very smart when it comes to social interaction. Violent. ( which they do know)

History of Sorn: Born in Gaullidurth , and then handed off from, what he calls breeders(parents) to a Duergar trade company that travels through the underdark and barters with other underdark races. He was told as he was growing up that his “breeders” sold him for one thousand gold and to release him when the dwarves saw fit. His Jabbuk trained him how to be a slave and beat him unconscious on a daily basis. One dwarf named Bolthic taught him the basics of lock picking and another dwarf Killond taught him sword play. Sorn’s sword play is not like any other Drow, because of being trained by a Duergar he fights with brute force, then finesse like his typical Drow people. He is mouthy and blunt like a Duergar.
In the year 1270 One night Sorn woke up to an agonizing pain, and he couldn’t see out of his left eye. He looked up, in complete anger Sorn drew a dagger from his boot only to find Killond standing above him with Sorn’s eye in his hand. Killond said, “ Don’t be stupid drow if you make one more move I will split your head in half, you’re lucky you only lost an eye”. Sorn demanded an explanation. Killond replied, “ I don’t have to give you an explanation, but to be honest with you I hate the Drow race, and I hate that they think they are the superior race. Now when your kin sees your hideous face you can tell them the powerful Duergar did this to you. Sorn vowed to himself that he would one day kill this Duergar.
1280 Sorn was outside of Ched Nasad He was selling some goods to a Drow. But Sorn Did not know that this Drow was a Noble priestess of a major house. She was trying to bargain with him but Sorn had to stay firm on the price because if he did not the dwarves would skin him alive. After a few moments of debating the price Sorn made a sarcastic and rather rude remark to The priestess. The priestess then demanded that Sorn apologize but he didn’t he just laughed it off and made an ignorant comment about her deity. The priestess then pulled out a whip like weapon but instead of leather it had snake heads. He had never seen such a horrible looking weapon in his entire young life, till that moment when he got struck with it. He felt a gripping pain flow through his body and he couldn’t move as if paralyzed. Then the priestess released the snake heads when the whole group of Duergar came over. See Sorn had little interaction with the Drow race let alone a female Drow. Sorn was never raised with the typical male mentality of fearing Drow women. When the Duergar came over. Killond struck Sorn in the head with a club knocking him out.
Later on, Sorn awoke tied up and he was being dragged on the ground by a wagon. He noticed he had blood all over his shirt, and started to panic the dwarves could hear is grunting and heavy breathing. The caravan stopped. Killond came walking back and Sorn said, “ what happened to me and why am I tied up and how long have I been out?” Killond replied, “ you don’t remember?” Sorn stated , “ no”. Killond got a confused look on his face then said, “ you really don’t remember?” Sorn said, “ no, tell me whats going on.” Killond says, “ well after I knocked you out, we were trying to calm the priestess down, her back was to you and I saw you get up and grab a sword from the wagon and you plunged it into her back without warning and killed her. After that you tried to kill all of us and we all jumped on you and started beating you, till either you passed out or died. Then we tied you up.” Sorn sat and thought for a moment he didn’t know what to think his mind was racing it was the first living being he had ever killed let alone a Drow woman. He started to puke, then he heard Killond’s voice, “ don’t worry it will become second nature to you. I don’t know whether to be mad because now we can’t go back to Ched Nasad or to be happy that you killed a Drow priestess.”
Sorn was fully untied at this time and he was sitting with his head hanging low. All of a sudden he felt something else hit his head but not as hard as usual, it was a book. Killond said, “ Read this so that you might have more knowledge about your kin”. So the days passed and Sorns wounds healed up. The dwarves treated him differently now, not great by any means but different, and with some sort of respect. Every day Sorn read the book that was tossed at him. He learned about the war on the surface and that his people were driven underground. But he interpreted the book differently then most Drow that read the history of their kin. He looked at Lloth and the other Drow deities as cowards for being pushed into the hell that is the Under dark instead of trying to be on the surface. He came to his own conclusion that the Drow people should be on the surface.
Sorn was allowed to read other books as well. Mainly he read about the surface and about certain adventurers. The surface interested him so much because of the stories, that he made a promise to himself that he would one day step foot onto the surface and kill the surface dwellers for pushing his kin into the underdark.
1350 The Duergar stopped in Sshamath and Killond tells him to leave the caravan and never to return.
What happens now is up to Sorn
