I've run into a lot of Dispel Magic-spamming casters lately. A single Dispel Magic from an enemy caster can easily take out half a dozen buffs from the party, which can be lethal if you're a mage and most of your defense comes from Mage Armor, Shield, Stoneskin, and the like. I've basically stopped using Extend spell on 1 min./level buffs because they're going to get dispelled anyway, so I might as well save my magic to recast them.
With all the Dispel Magics flying around, would it be okay for Persistent Spell to be unbanned? It's +6 spell level adjustment makes it a liability against Dispel Magic and its higher-level brethren. Besides, this feat is only ovepowered in PnP due to metamagic reducers like Incantatrix and Divine Metamagic, which aren't available in NWN2.
