Daring outlaw
Can this feat be added...seems a no brainer to me...

That feat is so overpowered that even WOTC designers acknowledge it was "probably a mistake".
With the selection of one feat there would be no reason for anyone to play a rogue without swashbuckler, or a swashbuckler without rogue, beyond some minor BAB considerations.
